Return Policy

Gifts & Accessories 
Gifts and Accessory returns (with receipt) will be honored within 30 days of purchase. 

Apparel 
Non-textbook merchandise returns (with receipt) will be honored within 30 days of purchase. Garments that have been laundered, exposed to smoke, worn, or are soiled may not be returned or exchanged. 

Textbooks 
Rental Textbooks: Rental textbooks are the property of MSSU. All rental textbooks are to be returned NO LATER than 4:00 pm the Monday after finals. Textbook Rental has an afterhours bookdrop behind Billingsly Student Center in the wall by the patio.

Rental books returned by mail must be postmarked NO LATER than the Monday after finals. Rental books not returned or postmarked by the due date will be billed the purchase price of the book to the student’s account.

Purchase Textbook Returns: Cash register receipt required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds. Purchase Textbooks are returnable only through the first two weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters, first week for Summer semester.
New purchase books must be unmarked and unchanged in any way from new condition to receive a full refund. Books that have been marked, damaged, or unwrapped are considered used and cannot be returned.
